Our Disaster Recovery is designed to be an affordable solution to any natural, manmade or mechanical disaster that means you are unable to answer and deal with your own calls.

If you experience any form of disaster, natural or otherwise, it can be an extremely stressful experience. You find yourself asking all sorts of questions, the biggest one - "What do we do now?"

Well we can help you by answering all your incoming calls, fielding them to the best of our ability and explaining the situation to your clients in a friendly and sympathetic way.

How Does it Work?

We will set up and agree with you a set of protocols. If you do experience a disaster of any kind you can arrange with your service provider to divert your telephone lines through to us. Then all you need to do is phone us on your own dedicated telephone number to inform us that you have a problem and to confirm any last minute protocols.
